Mit unserem innovativen Konzept Shop 365 bieten wir unseren Kunden an 365 Tagen im Jahr ein modernes, unkompliziertes und frisches Einkaufserlebnis.

Wir entwickeln mit Shop 365 einen neuen Geschäftsbereich mit grossem Wachstumspotenzial. Für die Pflege unserer Shops an verschiedenen Standorten suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Standortübergreifende Shop\-Pflege: Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Shop\-365\-Standorte stets sauber, einladend und optimal bestückt sind.

* Stellvertretung der Leitung: Sie unterstützen die operative Leitung im Tagesgeschäft und übernehmen bei Abwesenheit die Verantwortung.

* Qualitätssicherung: Sie kontrollieren die Warenpräsentation und sorgen für die exakte Umsetzung unseres Store\-Konzepts.

* Prozessoptimierung: Sie bringen aktiv eigene Ideen ein, um die Abläufe an den Standorten noch effizienter und kundenfreundlicher zu gestalten.

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Herz für den Detailhandel: Sie lieben den täglichen Umgang mit Waren und haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Detailhandel oder Shop\-Management gesammelt.

* Auge fürs Detail \& Flair für Ordnung: Ein lückenloses Regal oder eine unruhige Warenpräsentation fallen Ihnen sofort auf. Sie legen Wert auf Struktur und Sauberkeit.

* Proaktivität: Sie warten nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern sehen die Arbeit, denken mit und bringen eigene kreative Ideen ein.

* Flexibilität \& Mobilität: Da Sie die Shop\-Pflege an mehreren Standorten verantworten, sind Sie gerne unterwegs.
