In unserem Personalrestaurant übernimmst du Verantwortung, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf und vertrittst die Standortleitung bei Abwesenheiten. Gemeinsam schaffen wir täglich Genussmomente in Qualität und tragen als Team zum Erfolg bei. Was du bewegst Du unterstützt die Führung und Organisation des Personalrestaurants und vertrittst die Standortleitung bei Abwesenheiten und führst 11 Mitarbeitende. Du produzierst warme und kalte Speisen sowie Sandwiches und stellst ein attraktives Verkaufsangebot sicher. Du verantwortest Bestellungen, Warenannahmen, Kassenabrechnungen und Verbrauchserfassungen. Du stellst die Einhaltung von HACCP\-, Qualitäts\- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben sicher. Du unterstützt die Ausbildung von Lernenden und sorgst für einen serviceorientierten Gästekontakt und arbeitest an Projekten mit. Was du mitbringst Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ) Fachrichtung: Köchin/ EFZ Berufserfahrung: 2\-3 Jahre Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Gemeinschafts\-Gastronomie Du überzeugst mit hoher Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und einer guten physischen Konstitution. Du handelst eigenverantwortlich, triffst Entscheidungen im Sinne der Zielerreichung und übernimmst Verantwortung. Grundkenntnisse im Restaurations\-Bereich sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit betrieblichen Standards und Zeitgemässe IT\-Kenntnisse. Du bist eine aufgestellte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit.
