* Führung und Koordination des Administrations\- und Schneesportlehrer\-Teams * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesbetriebs mit hoher Service\- und Angebotsqualität * Vorausschauende Planung von Personal, Buchungen und operativen Abläufen * Technische Leitung, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung des Schneesportlehrer\-Teams * Verantwortung für Sicherheitsstandards, Risikomanagement und professionelles Reklamationshandling * Planung und Umsetzung von Trainings und Schulungen * Führung von Bewerbungsgesprächen und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender * Aktive Mitarbeit im Schneesportunterricht bei Bedarf Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Level 3 Schneesportausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung
  • Ausbildungsleitung in Swiss Snowsports oder die Bereitschaft, die Qualifikation zu erwerben
  • Starkes Planungs\- und Organisationstalent für Personal, Buchungen und operative Abläufe
  • Ausgeprägte Gästeorientierung mit einem sicheren Gespür für Qualität und Verkauf
  • Kommunikative und motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit Freude an der Teamentwicklung
  • Flexible und entscheidungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse (B2\)
