Für die Klinik Permanence suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit vielfältigem Aufgabengebiet. Als stellvertretende Leitung Notfall übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Notfallbetrieb. Du unterstützt die Leitung in organisatorischen und personellen Themen und arbeitest gleichzeitig aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Mitverantwortung für die Organisation und Koordination der administrativen und operativen Abläufe im Notfall * Stellvertretung der Leitung Notfall bei deren Abwesenheit * Fachliche Unterstützung, Begleitung und Förderung des Teams im Arbeitsalltag * Mitarbeit bei der Einsatzplanung, Einführung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen * Betreuung und Überwachung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Notfall in Zusammenarbeit mit den Beleg- und Spitalärzten * Selbstständige Durchführung sämtlicher MPA-Tätigkeiten wie Labor, Röntgen, EKG, Infusionen, Blutentnahmen, Venenverweilkanülen und Gipsverbände * Organisation und Durchführung von Sprechstunden gemeinsam mit unseren Belegärzten * Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung einer konstruktiven interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent (MPA) oder Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann * Erfahrung im Notfallbereich oder in einem ähnlichen dynamischen Umfeld * Erste Führungserfahrung oder Interesse daran, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen * Weiterbildung im Bereich Führung von Vorteil * Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent * Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität * Bereitschaft für Wochenend- und Nachtdienste
