In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verbinden Sie Ihre Erfahrung in der anspruchsvollen Pflege mit Ihrer Leidenschaft für Führung und Teamentwicklung. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung, bringen eigene Ideen ein und tragen aktiv dazu bei, die Pflegequalität und die Zusammenarbeit im Team weiterzuentwickeln.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige, vom SRK anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Pflege von Menschen mit komplexem Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Erfahrung in der Beatmungs-, Intensiv- oder Sonderpflege von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung im Gesundheits- oder Pflegebereich
  • Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, zu fördern und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten

Aufgaben ##

  • Führung und Begleitung eines interdisziplinären Pflegeteams im Bereich Complex Care
  • Unterstützung der Leitung Pflege & Betreuung bei organisatorischen und operativen Themen
  • Stellvertretung der Bereichsleitung bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Verantwortung für eine professionelle sowie bedürfnisorientierte Pflege und Betreuung
  • Begleitung von Bewohnenden mit komplexen medizinischen Situationen, unter anderem mit invasiver Beatmung
  • Sicherstellung sowie Weiterentwicklung von professionellen Pflegeprozessen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten, Angehörigen und weiteren internen sowie externen Fachstellen
