Unser Ziel ist es, Gästen unvergessliche Momente der Entspannung zu ermöglichen und eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der sie sich rundum wohlfühlen.

Für die Verstärkung unserer Leitung Spa & Massage im Solbad Schönbühl suchen wir per 1. September 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft, Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden teilt. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Gäste aussergewöhnliche Spa-Erlebnisse geniessen können.

Das kannst Du bewirken

Mit deiner Begeisterung für die Wellnessbranche schaffst du Wohlfühlmomente für unsere Gäste und motivierst dein Team täglich aufs Neue.

Du führst unsere Wohlfühl-Massagen professionell und gemäss den festgelegten Protokollen durch.

Du unterstützt unser Team am Spa-Empfang und packst dort mit an, wo deine Hilfe gerade gefragt ist.

Gemeinsam mit der Leitung Spa & Massage organisierst und koordinierst du die internen Abläufe der Abteilung.

Qualität liegt dir am Herzen: Du achtest auf die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und stellst sicher, dass unsere Richtlinien und Vorgaben umgesetzt werden.

Du wirkst bei der Planung und Organisation abteilungsspezifischer Schulungen mit und begleitest neue Teammitglieder während ihrer Einarbeitung kompetent und herzlich.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Masseur/in abgeschlossen und bereits wertvolle Berufserfahrung im Wellnessbereich gesammelt.
  • Als echte/r Teamplayer/in überzeugst du mit deiner hohen Sozialkompetenz, deiner Zuverlässigkeit und deiner Belastbarkeit.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und fliessend auf Deutsch und verfügst zudem über gute Französischkenntnisse.
  • Mit deiner Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft arbeitest du gerne auch abends, an Wochenenden sowie an Feiertagen.
  • Du bist fit, motiviert und bereit, gemeinsam mit uns erfolgreich in die Zukunft zu gehen.
