Das Zentrum «Im Hof» in Greifensee befindet sich in der Nähe des Sees und wurde 2008 erstellt. Die Stiftung erfüllt den Leistungsauftrag für die Gemeinde Greifensee mit 28 Betten für stationäre Langzeitpflege, zwölf altersgerechte Wohnungen und der öffentlichen Spitex. Nach langjähriger Tätigkeit in unserer Stiftung wird unsere Leiterin Spitex Greifensee Mitte nächstes Jahr pensioniert. Im Sinne einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir per 1. Januar oder nach Vereinbarung eine  Stv. Leitung Spitex Greifensee 60 % bis 100 % Ihre Aufgaben In dieser Funktion sind Sie der Spitexleitung unterstellt. Sie übernehmen in Absprache mit der Leitung die personelle, fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für ein Team mit rund 12 Mitarbeitenden. Gemeinsam mit der Leitung und dem Team stellen Sie eine fachgerechte, kundenorientierte Pflege sicher. Regelmässige Praxiseinsätze gehören zu ihrem Aufgabengebiet, Sie erstellen Bedarfsabklärungen (RAI-HC) und behalten so den Puls an der Basis. Sie sorgen für prozessorientierte Abläufe, nutzen Ihren Gestaltungsspielraum und prägen die Spitex Greifensee aktiv mit.  Spezielle Anliegen sind Ihnen das Gewährleisten eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs, sowie eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität. Gemeinsam mit der neuen Spitexleitung schaffen Sie Rahmenbedingungen für eine gute interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit.   Ihr Profil Sie sind eine versierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Führungserfahrung in einer Spitex. Als Stv. Leitung sind Sie ein ausgeprägter Teamplayer, kommunizieren transparent und schätzen geteilte Verantwortung sowie offenes Feedback. Vernetztes Denken, hohe Sozialkompetenz, ein sicheres Auftreten sowie gute IT-Kenntnisse (Perigon) runden Ihr Profil ab.
