The posting

Die Stiftung Zentrum «Im Hof» stellt im Auftrag der Gemeinde Greifensee eine umfassende Versorgung in den Bereichen Wohnen und Pflege im Alter sicher. Das moderne und hell gestaltete Haus befindet sich in der Nähe des historischen Städtlis und des Sees. Dem Zentrum angeschlossen sind drei stationäre Pflegewohngruppen mit 28 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern sowie 12 altersgerechte Wohnungen. Ebenfalls der Stiftung angegliedert ist die öffentliche Spitex der Gemeinde Greifensee.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams in der stationären Pflege suchen wir per November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n 

Stv. Leitung stationäre Pflege, Pflegeexpertin/Pflegeexperte MScN 80 - 100 %

die unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in den Mittelpunkt ihres Engagements stellt?

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Sie übernehmen die Stellvertretung der Leitung stationäre Pflege während deren Abwesenheit
  • Sie unterstützen die Leitung stationäre Pflege bei personellen und administrativen Themen
  • Sie übernehmen die Fachverantwortung in der stationären Pflege
  • Ergänzend zu ihrer Funktion als Stv. Leitung Pflege und Pflegexpertin/Pflegeexperte arbeiten Sie aktiv mit in der direkten Pflege
  • Sie haben Erfahrung mit RAI LTCF
  • Sie erarbeiten selbstständig Qualitätsvorgaben in Absprache mit der Leitung stationären Pflege und begleiten die Umsetzung in die Praxis
  • Sie unterstützen, begleiten und beraten die Mitarbeitenden in komplexen pflegerischen Situationen
  • Sie führen interne Schulungen durch
  • Sie führen Gespräche mit Angehörigen und Bezugspersonen der Bewohnenden

Diese Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte/r Pflegefachfrau/-mann (HF, DN II, AKP)
  • Weiterbildung als Pflegeexpertin/Pflegeexperte MScN oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion von Vorteil
  • Eine Grundhaltung, die von Wertschätzung und Empathie geprägt ist
  • Solide Berufspraxis in der demenziellen Pflege oder im Langzeitbereich
  • Freude an der Erarbeitung von Pflege- und Betreuungskonzepten
  • Sie sind eine verantwortungsvolle, kommunikative Persönlichkeit welche gerne selbstständig arbeitet
  • Sie besitzen eine hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Interesse an der stetigen Weiter-entwicklung
