Deine Aufgaben ##

Als Stv. Pflegedienstleitung unterstützen Sie die PDL in der fachlichen und personellen Führung der Filiale und übernehmen bei deren Abwesenheit die Stellvertretung. Gleichzei-tig übernehmen Sie eigene Fallführungen im Rahmen des Pensums.

Führung & Stellvertretung

  • Stellvertretung der Pflegedienstleitung bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Übernahme definierter Führungs- und Entscheidungsaufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitwirkung bei der fachlichen und personellen Führung des Pflegeteams
  • Mitwirkung bei Mitarbeiter-, Standort- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
  • Unterstützung bei Führungssituationen und Konfliktklärungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Rekrutierung, Einführung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Coaching und fachliche Begleitung der Fallführenden und Mitarbeitenden

 

Fachführung & Qualität

  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und bedarfsgerechten Pflegequalität
  • Fachliche Unterstützung bei komplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von Fallbesprechungen, Schulungen, Teamsitzungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen

 

Organisation & Entwicklung

  • Unterstützung der PDL bei organisatorischen und fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Strukturen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten und Veränderungsprozessen

 

Fallführung

  • Übernahme eigener Fallführungen im Rahmen des Pensums
  • Bedarfsabklärungen und Pflegeprozesssteuerung
  • Koordination und Begleitung komplexer Pflegesituationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren Fachstellen

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Diplom als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH
  • Mindestens 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege in Tertiärstufe
  • Spitex-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • InterRAI-HC-Kurs bzw. Erfahrung mit InterRAI-HC von Vorteil
  • Muttersprache Deutsch oder Französisch
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache (mind. B2)
  • Dynamische, initiative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Teamorientierte und wertschätzende Haltung
  • Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen zu treffen
