SanoVeaCare AG baut eine moderne Spitex im Raum Zürich auf. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene Pflegefachperson, die gemeinsam mit unserer Pflegedienstleitung Verantwortung übernimmt und unsere Pflege aktiv mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Stellvertretung der Pflegedienstleitung
  • Fallführung, Pflegeplanung und Evaluation
  • Bedarfsabklärungen und Pflegedokumentation
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Leistungserfassung
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitwirkung bei Qualität, Hygiene, Medikation und Notfallorganisation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzteschaft, Angehörigen und weiteren Partnern
  • Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder anerkannter gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in umfassender Pflege
  • Führungserfahrung und/oder Führungsweiterbildung
  • Kenntnisse der KVG-konformen Abrechnung von Pflegeleistungen
  • Spitex-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • interRAI HomeCare-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Für die Funktion ist eine Berufsausübungsbewilligung des Kantons Zürich erforderlich. Falls sie noch nicht vorliegt, unterstützen wir Dich bei der Beantragung.
