The posting

Die Tasted Food AG ist ein Zürcher Hersteller von frischen ready-to-eat-Produkten für den Detail- und Fachhandel in der ganzen Schweiz. Zudem entwickeln wir im Auftrag von Geschäftskunden neue Food-Konzepte und betreiben den Lieferdienst Bowlz sowie das Restaurant Maru. Mit über 150 Mitarbeitenden sind wir einer der grössten Frisch-Convenience-Produzenten in der Schweiz.

Wir wollen genussvolles Essen überall verfügbar machen und dabei allseitig eine positive Kraft sein. Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, indem du dein Können und deine Motivation in unserer Produktion mit einbringst.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung:

**Deine Aufgaben** ------------------

* Sicherstellung der termingerechten Produktion und Auslieferung unserer Bestellungen * Überwachung der Produktionslinien und Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards gemäss QS- und QM Richtlinien der Tasted Food AG * Schichtplanung * Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung eines Teams von bis zu 15 Produktionsmitarbeitern * Motivation, Beurteilung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter * Aktive Mitarbeit an der FSSC-Zertifizierung und in der täglichen Produktion

**Was du mitbringst** ---------------------

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich, idealerweise als Koch, Lebensmitteltechnologe oder Systemgastronom * Du hast bereits in einem FSSC zertifizierten Betrieb gearbeitet * Teamführung von 15-20 Mitarbeitern ist nichts neues für dich
