Die Triaplus beschäftigt rund 600 Mitarbeitende, ist Lehrspital der Universität Luzern und verfügt über die Anerkennung als Weiterbildungsstätte. Mit der Klinik Zugersee und den dezentralen Ambulatorien stellen wir die psychiatrische Versorgung in den Kantonen Uri, Schwyz und Zug sicher.

Die Klinik Zugersee ist Zentrum für die stationäre Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie für Erwachsene. Als Weiterbildungsklinik Kategorie A, stationär mit insgesamt 158 Klinikbetten und etwa 1600 Eintritten pro Jahr ist sie universitären und kantonalen Kliniken gleichgestellt.

Die Station A5 bietet für Menschen mit neu aufgetretenen psychischen Symptomen ein breites diagnostisches Angebot und stellt bei Krisen oder Rückfällen zeitgemässe Behandlungsangebote zur Verfügung. Unsere Fachleute unterstützen menschlich und professionell bei der Bewältigung von Lebenskrisen.

Stv. Stationsleiterin (w/m/d) Akut\- und Allgemeinpsychiatrie – Station für \- und Krisenintervention ========================================================================================================

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten ------------------------

  • Stellvertretung und Unterstützung der Stationsleitung in sämtlichen Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung und Ausführung für die vollumfängliche Umsetzung eines kompletten Pflegeprozesses im Rahmen der Bezugspersonenarbeit
  • Mitverantwortung bei präventiven, diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen
  • Begleitung in Krisensituationen
  • Führung von komplexen Gesprächen mit Angehörigen
  • Verantwortung und Mitgestaltung einer interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Praktische Ausbildung von Lernenden und Studierenden anleiten, begleiten und unterstützen

Sie bringen dafür mit ----------------------

  • Abschluss als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH
  • Erfahrung in der Pflege von psychisch erkrankten Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgewiesene Sozialkompetenz
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit
  • Gutes vernetztes Denken
