Wir suchen einen spezialisierten Customer Service Mitarbeiter, der das Team unseres Kunden in der Region Wohlen AG verstärkt und an der Verantwortung für die Kundenbelangen sowie als Unterstützung vom Teamleiter teilhaben möchte.

Stv. Teamleitung Customer Service DE/EN 100% (m/w/d)

Als Stv. Teamleitung Customer Service werden Sie aktiv an der Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen, Preisfindung und Auftragserfassungen im SAP (SAP S/4HANA) beteiligt sein.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Enge Kooperation mit den Kunden bezüglich Angebote, Mengen, Termine, Produkte, Preise, Versandbedingungen sowie Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Stellen wie Produkt Management, Sales Engineers, Produktionsplaner sowie Versand und Export Abteilung
  • Unterstützung der Angebotserstellung für die Sales Abteilung
  • Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen, Retouren, Gutschriften und Lastschriften

Qualifikationen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice Innendienst mit globaler Kundschaft in einem industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute EDV-Anwender-Kenntisse und Erfahrung im ERP System (SAP S/4HANA)
  • Gute MS-Office-Anwedner-Kenntnisse, sehr gute Bearbeitungskenntnisse in Excelfiles
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert
