Mit Fachkompetenz führen und zugleich nahe am Menschen sein. Für eine etablierte Institution im Pflegebereich suchen wir eine engagierte dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und sich im Führungsumfeld weiterentwickeln möchte. In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie die Teamleitung im operativen Alltag und übernehmen bei deren Abwesenheit eine wichtige Führungsrolle. Gleichzeitig bleiben Sie nahe an den Bewohnenden und bringen Ihre pflegerische Kompetenz direkt in den Alltag ein.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen in einer Führungsfunktion oder den Wunsch, sich gezielt in Richtung Führung weiterzuentwickeln
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen angemessene Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz

Aufgaben ##

  • Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei personellen, fachlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Übernahme der Stellvertretung während der Abwesenheit der Teamleitung
  • Sicherstellung eines strukturierten und verlässlichen Tagesablaufs im Pflegebereich
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei fachlichen Fragen und anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Sicherstellung einer individuellen und professionellen Pflege sowie Betreuung der Bewohnenden
