Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH möchten Sie fachliche Expertise mit Führungsverantwortung verbinden und in einem strukturierten ambulanten Umfeld nachhaltige Akzente setzen. Für eine etablierte Gesundheitseinrichtung in der Region Aarau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 %.

Sie koordinieren den Betrieb des Endoskopie Ambulatoriums, begleiten Ihr Team im Berufsalltag und tragen massgeblich zu einer qualitativ hochwertigen Patientenversorgung bei.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe • Mitverantwortung für die personelle Führung sowie Organisation des Ambulatoriums im Bereich Endoskopie • Sicherstellung effizienter, strukturierter und qualitativ hochwertiger Abläufe gemäss definierten Zielvorgaben • Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Team • Enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit der ärztlichen Leitung sowie weiteren Fachbereichen • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesbetrieb sowie Teilnahme am Pikettdienst

Das bringen Sie mit • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich, idealerweise im Bereich Endoskopie • Führungsausbildung oder Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
