Pack mit an und gestalte mit uns die Logistik von morgen! \\Wichtige Hinweise:\\ Arbeitszeit: So: 22:00 \\- 05:30 Uhr / Mo \\- Do: 20:30 \\- 06:00 Uhr Was du bewegst \* Operative Verantwortung: Du sorgst in deinem Temperaturbereich in der Nachtschicht für reibungslose Picking\\-Abläufe und trägst damit direkt dazu bei, dass unsere Kund\\\innen ihre Bestellungen zuverlässig erhalten. \ Führung \\\& Entwicklung: Du führst dein Team fachlich im operativen Alltag, förderst die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt die Teamleitung in Führungsaufgaben. \* Einhaltung von Standards: Du stellst sicher, dass Qualitäts\\-, Sicherheits\\- und Hygienestandards (HACCP, Migros\\-QM) konsequent eingehalten werden und gehst dabei mit gutem Beispiel voran. \* Kommunikation \\\& Zusammenarbeit: Du stellst den Informationsfluss sicher und bringst Themen aus dem Team bei Bedarf gezielt an die zuständigen Stellen ein. \* Prozessoptimierung: Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale, bringst deine Ideen ein und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe. Was du mitbringst \* Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ) \* Fachrichtung: Logistik \* Berufserfahrung: 3\\+ Jahre Logistik / Führung \* Erfahrung in der Logistik: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung inkl.
