Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Du bist gemeinsam mit der Wohnbereichsleitung für die Führung und Förderung von den Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich und sorgst für ein wertschätzendes und motivierendes Arbeitsklima.
  • In deiner Rolle unterstützt du die Wohnbereichsleitung bei organisatorischen und personellen Aufgaben - immer mit dem Ziel, Prozesse zu optimieren und eine exzellente Pflege sicherzustellen.
  • Du bist direkt in die Pflege unserer Bewohnenden eingebunden und gestaltest aktiv ihren Alltag mit. Deine Arbeit trägt wesentlich zu deren Lebensqualität bei.
  • Als Mentorin und Coach förderst du Auszubildende (FaGe) sowie Studierende (HF) und schaffst wertvolle Lernsituationen.
  • Du begleitest dein Team fachlich und persönlich und setzt dich mit Engagement für deren Weiterentwicklung ein.
  • Im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement bringst du dich aktiv ein, hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst neue Ideen und Konzepte in Arbeitsgruppen und Projekten.
  • Du trägst proaktiv zu einer positiven und offenen Unternehmenskultur bei und sorgst so für ein harmonisches Arbeitsumfeld.

Ihr Profil ###

  • Du hast einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson (DNII, HF, FH) und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege.
  • Führungserfahrung, z.B. als Teamleiter:in, ist ein Vorteil, aber kein Muss - wichtig ist dein Interesse an dieser Rolle und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, initiativ und bringst kreative Ideen ein.
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz sind deine Stärken - du kannst mit verschiedensten Menschen auf Augenhöhe umgehen.
  • Du bist flexibel, belastbar und findest in komplexen Situationen stets einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist sicher im Umgang mit IT.
  • RAI-Kenntnisse wären von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
