Als Fachfrau Gesundheit oder Fachmann Gesundheit möchten Sie mehr Verantwortung übernehmen und Ihre Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege gezielt in einer Führungsfunktion einsetzen. Für ein modernes Kompetenzzentrum in der Region Koppigen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Stv. Wohnbereichsleiterin oder Stv. Wohnbereichsleiter in einem Pensum von 70 bis 100 %. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion unterstützen Sie die Wohnbereichsleitung im Führungsalltag, begleiten Mitarbeitende fachlich und tragen aktiv zu einer hochwertigen sowie bewohnerorientierten Pflege und Betreuung bei.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe: • Unterstützung der Wohnbereichsleitung bei der Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen, individuellen und bewohnerorientierten Pflege und Betreuung • Mitverantwortung für die Organisation und Koordination des Wohnbereichs • Übernahme von delegierten Führungsaufgaben sowie Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung • Aktive Begleitung und Sicherstellung des Pflegeprozesses inklusive lückenloser Pflegedokumentation • Mitarbeit in Fachgruppen, Projekten und Qualitätsentwicklungsprozessen • Übernahme von Tages- und Hausverantwortung im Pflegealltag • Führung des Wohnbereichs während der Abwesenheit der Wohnbereichsleitung • Ansprechperson für Bewohnende, Angehörige sowie Mitarbeitende

Das bringen Sie mit: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit oder Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege sowie Erfahrung im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen • Interesse an Führungsaufgaben oder erste Erfahrung in einer fachlichen Führungsfunktion • Freude an der Begleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischer Pflegedokumentation
