Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentum und dem Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bewirtschaftung eines attraktiven STWEG\-Portfolios
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Stockwerkeigentümerversammlungen mit modernen digitalen Hilfsmitteln
  • Persönliche, telefonische und digitale Betreuung der Eigentümerinnen und Eigentümer
  • Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen und werterhaltenden Gebäudeunterhalts
  • Betreuung und Koordination von Versicherungsfällen
  • Durchführung regelmässiger Liegenschaftsbegehungen
  • Enge und erfolgsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Immobilien\-Buchhaltungsteam
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse
  • Aktive Unterstützung beim Ausbau unserer Marktposition in der Region Aarau

Das bringst du mit

  • Abschluss als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in mit eidg. Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentum
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Veränderungen voranzutreiben
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Offenheit für neue Technologien und digitale Arbeitsweisen
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
