La Résidence\\\* La Tzoumaz-Verbier, située au cœur de la station et ouverte à l-année, se constitue de 85 appartements. Les séjours en hiver fonctionnent en grande majorité à la semaine et s'opèrent du samedi au samedi.

Superviseur Housekeeping (H/F) - 40% #

Afin de complèter ses équipes, T-Resort recherche:

Vos missions:

  • Superviser la répartition des tâches de nettoyage entre les équipes et participer au nettoyage des appartements ;
  • Contrôler la propreté des appartements et des espaces communs, et signaler les objets oubliés ;
  • Signaler les problèmes techniques à la réception ;
  • Répondre aux demandes spécifiques des clients dans les appartements ;
  • Superviser l'organisation des chariots et coordonner la distribution du linge à chaque étape ;
  • Gérer les commandes de linge et de produits d'entretien ;
  • S'assurer que les chariots de travail et les offices soient approvisionnés en permanence ;
  • Réaliser les inventaires en fin de saison et les nettoyages de fond ;
  • Assurer le suivi des standards et des procédures et veiller à leur application ;
  • Participer au recrutement des agents de nettoyage avant le début de la saison, puis assurer leur formation ;
  • Travailler le lundi et le vendredi du 01.05 au 30.11, puis le samedi (jour obligatoire) et le lundi du 01.12 au 30.04.

Votre profil:

  • Expérience préalable en housekeeping hôtelier ;
  • Ponctuel(le), organisé(e) et professionnel(le) ;
  • Dynamique, efficace, réactif(ve) et rapide d'exécution ;
  • Esprit d'équipe et excellente présentation personnelle ;
  • Discret(ète), honnête, avec le sens du détail, du service client et de la qualité/propreté ;
  • Aisance naturelle dans les échanges avec les autres et capacité à organiser et coordonner le travail avec les différents services ;
  • Respect de la hiérarchie et sens de la discipline ;
  • Moyen de transport personnel;
  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais.
