Superviseur·se équipe de production Pré-emballage

 

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ : ####

  • Superviser l-équipe de production au pré-emballage en veillant à la ponctualité, au respect des règles et à la performance 
  • Organiser et coordonner les activités de production (qualité, délais, coûts)
  • Répartir les tâches selon les priorités et le planning donnés
  • Animer les revues opérationnelles équipe et assurer le suivi des indicateurs
  • Gérer les aléas de production et soutenir les équipes sur le terrain
  • Identifier et remonter les dysfonctionnements au chef de team et contribuer activement aux démarches d-amélioration continue (5S, TPM, résolution de problèmes)
  • Faire le lien avec les fonctions support (maintenance, qualité, logistique)
  • Veiller au respect strict des normes d-hygiène, sécurité et qualité agroalimentaire
  • Organiser et/ou assurer le remplacement des opérateur·rice·s en cas de besoin
  • Assurer la supervision des formations et de la qualification des opérateur·rice·s

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ : ####

  • Idéalement CFC d-opérateur·rice de machines automatisées, de technologue du lait ou autres formations certifiantes liées à l-agroalimentaire ou expérience confirmée de plusieurs années comme opérateur·trice de production ou opérateur·rice régleur·se
  • Maîtrise orale et écrite du français (minimum B2)
  • Aptitude à utiliser les outils informatiques courants et spécifiques à l-entreprise
  • Leadership naturel avec de bonnes capacités de communication et une exemplarité terrain
  • Sens de l-organisation et des priorités avec un bon esprit d-équipe et une orientation solutions
  • Capacité à analyser rapidement les dysfonctionnements et prendre des décisions en conséquence pour gérer les imprévus
