Zur Verstärkung unseres F&B Teams suchen wir eine:n Supervisor Event Service (m/w/d) 60%. Lass uns gerne dein Wunschpensum wissen, denn Flexibilität ist unser zweiter Vorname.

Deine Mission: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Veranstaltungsgäste und sorgst für einen herzlichen Empfang. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du einen reibungslosen operativen Ablauf unserer Veranstaltungen sicher. Die Bereitstellung aller benötigten Ressourcen für erfolgreiche Anlässe liegt mit in deiner Verantwortung. Während der Veranstaltung übernimmst du die operative Führung unserer Service Aushilfen und bist erste Ansprechperson für dein Team. Von der Vorbereitung über den Anlass bis zur Nachbereitung arbeitest du aktiv im Event Service mit Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner Gastgeberpersönlichkeit sorgst du für eine hohe Gästezufriedenheit und bearbeitest Reklamationen professionell und lösungsorientiert. Gemeinsam mit den anderen Abteilungen trägst du zu einem reibungslosen Betriebsablauf bei Du sorgst für die Pflege unseres Inventars und Mobiliars. Bei Bedarf unterstützt du unsere Teams in der Imi Bar und der Brasserie

Damit punktest du: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und/oder Gastronomie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil. Vorbildfunktion gegenüber Mitarbeitenden sowie Freude daran, ein Team zu motivieren und zu unterstützen. Charme, Sozialkompetenz und natürliche Herzlichkeit im Umgang mit Gästen, Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden. Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen behältst du den Überblick und arbeitest ruhig sowie strukturiert. Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch (Französisch von Vorteil) Hohe Flexibilität, Teamgeist und Einsatzbereitschaft
