Für den Medical Standort Grenchen suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit als

Supply Chain Coordinator (m/w/d) – MedTech, 50%

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsaufträge sowie Koordiation zwischen Kunden, Produktion und dem Projektteam
  • Täglicher telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Kunden, Lieferanten und situativ mit Spediteuren
  • Verwalten der ERP\-Stammdaten
  • Veratwortung für die Produktionsplanung
  • Controllingaufgaben und Erstellen von Auswertungen (Leistungsprognosen, Lageranalysen, Inventur)
  • Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Stellvertretung im Bereich AVOR/PPS

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännischer Abschluss oder technische Grundausbildung
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management oder Logistik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in umfassender Auftragsbearbeitung sowie in der Produktionsplanung oder AVOR
  • Kenntnisse von Produktions\- und Logistikprozessen
  • Selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise, vernetztes Denken und ausgeprägte Planungs\- sowie Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS\-Office (insbesondere Excel), ERP (SAP, ProAlpha oder Ähnliches) und verschiedenen Onlineportalen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute mündliche Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B1/B2\)
