Supply Chain Expert (100%) (m/w/d)

In dieser Funktion koordinierst du produkt- und packmittelbezogene Änderungen sowie Neueinführungen über deren Supply-Chain-Lifecycle hinweg. Du planst und steuerst die damit verbundenen Change-Aktivitäten und sorgst gemeinsam mit lokalen und globalen Stakeholdern dafür, dass Änderungen unter Berücksichtigung zeitlicher, regulatorischer und operativer Anforderungen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Dabei übernimmst du eigenständig anspruchsvolle Koordinationsaufgaben, arbeitest in Supply-Chain- und Life-Cycle-Projekten mit und fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Planning und weiteren internen und externen Partnern. Gleichzeitig trägst du dazu bei, bestehende Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Koordination von Änderungen und Neueinführungen von Produkten und Packmitteln in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und globalen CSL-Organisationen.
  • Planung und Initiierung von Änderungsanträgen sowie Koordination und Nachverfolgung der daraus resultierenden Aktivitäten mit Planning und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Umsetzung von Änderungen an Packmitteln unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer und operativer Anforderungen.
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Koordination von Life-Cycle-Management-Aktivitäten für zugewiesene Produkte und Themenbereiche.
  • Mitarbeit in Supply-Chain- und Life-Cycle-Management-Projekten sowie Übernahme der Verantwortung für definierte Arbeitspakete und kleinere Projekte.
  • Koordination unterschiedlicher Stakeholder, Abhängigkeiten und Aktivitäten und Sicherstellung eines transparenten Informationsflusses innerhalb der jeweiligen Projekte und Changes.
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden sowie CSL-Organisationen und Bearbeitung produkt- und prozessbezogener Anfragen, beispielsweise zu erstmaligen Lieferungen, Änderungen und Sonderfällen.
  • Koordination des Versands von Registrier- und Testmaterial sowie Produkt- und Packmittelmustern an Behörden, Kunden und andere CSL-Organisationen.
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Definition und Weiterentwicklung organisatorischer Abläufe und Prozesse innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs.
  • Unterstützung bei der Lösung komplexerer produkt- oder prozessbezogener Fragestellungen und aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Supply-Chain-Schnittstellen.
  • Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung der verantworteten Aktivitäten in einem GxP-regulierten Umfeld.

Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung bzw. Bachelorabschluss in Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet; eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung ist ebenfalls willkommen.
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain, Product Care, Life Cycle Management, Change Management, Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren koordinativen Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder einem anderen stark regulierten Umfeld sowie gutes Verständnis von GxP- beziehungsweise Qualitätssystemen.
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von Changes, Produkteinführungen oder bereichsübergreifenden Projekten ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexere Abläufe, Abhängigkeiten und unterschiedliche Stakeholder strukturiert zu koordinieren.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Auge fürs Detail und ausgeprägter Umsetzungsorientierung.
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem funktionsübergreifenden und internationalen Umfeld.
  • Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Aktivitäten Prioritäten zu setzen und zuverlässig den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Über diese Position

  • Als Supply Chain Expert arbeitest du an einer zentralen Schnittstelle innerhalb unserer Supply Chain und begleitest Produktänderungen und Neueinführungen von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei verbindest du Product Care, Life Cycle Management und Change Coordination und arbeitest mit verschiedenen lokalen und globalen Funktionen zusammen.
  • Die Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, neben dem operativen Tagesgeschäft zunehmend eigenständige Verantwortung für komplexere Changes, Arbeitspakete und Supply-Chain-Projekte zu übernehmen und deine Erfahrung in die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse einzubringen.
