Zur Ergänzung unseres DevOps Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n SUPPORT\- UND DEVOPS ENGINEER 50% (W/M/D) Support\- und DevOps Engineer 50% (W/M/D) Als Support\- und DevOps Engineer hast Du direkten Kontakt mit unseren spannenden Kunden aus diversen Branchen. Du bist ihre erste Anlaufstelle und hilfst ihnen weiter. Damit übernimmst Du eine tragende Rolle in Sachen Kundenzufriedenheit. Gleichzeitig unterstützt Du auch deine Kollegen bei IT\-Anliegen und betreust unsere Infrastruktur. Werde Teil unseres DevOps\-Teams und erweitere dein Wissen in IT\-Support, Testing und Unterhalt der Infrastruktur. Deine Aufgaben: Betreuen der Hotline Bearbeiten von schriftlichen Anfragen per Mail und Ticketsystem Sicherstellen, dass Kundenanfragen vollständig und zur Zufriedenheit gelöst werden Unterstützung im Release Testing Unterstützung bei internen IT\-Anliegen Anpassungen an unseren Systemen und Konfigurationen Das zeichnet Dich aus: Du verfügst über eine fundierte Informatikausbildung. Du besitzt Erfahrung im Betrieb und Unterhalt von Web\-Applikationen. Du kennst dich mit SQL aus. Du hast Interesse, Dich im Detail mit unserem Produkt Global Teach® auseinanderzusetzen. Du bist motiviert und kümmerst Dich mit Freude um die Anliegen unserer Kunden. Du bewahrst Ruhe und behältst den Überblick, selbst wenn es mal drunter und drüber geht. Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. Du arbeitest selbständig, initiativ und hast ein überzeugendes Auftreten. Du bist Bürger/\-in oder besitzt Aufenthaltsbewilligung B EU/EFTA mit einwandfreiem Leumund. Das darfst Du erwarten: Du arbeitest in einem eingespielten Team von rund 30 Fachleuten.
