The posting

Das erwartet dich ###

  • Pro Kalenderwoche arbeitest du an zwei bis drei Abenden (Montag bis Freitag) von 17:30 bis 20:00 Uhr. Zudem an bis zu zwei Samstagen von 9:00 - 12:00 und von 13:00 bis 16:00 Uhr pro Kalendermonat.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in den Themen e-Banking, Mobile Banking, TWINT und One per Telefon. Zudem begleitest du als erste Ansprechperson bei einem Betrugsverdacht.
  • Mit anderen Teilzeitmitarbeitenden deckst du die erweiterten Öffnungszeiten der e-Banking Helpline ab und wirst von langjährigen Mitarbeitenden unterstützt und eingeführt.
  • Du kannst mobil bzw. im Homeoffice mit modernem Equipment arbeiten und erhältst deinen Einsatzplan mindestens einen Kalendermonat im Voraus.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Wir freuen uns ausdrücklich über Bewerbungen von Personen jeden Alters (Studierende, Eltern, Wiedereinsteiger, etc.)
  • Du bist bereit, Teil unseres Teams zu werden und dies für mindestens ein Jahr, besser noch länger.
  • Du hast vorteilsweise eine bankfachliche Grundausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung absolviert.
  • Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundensupport oder auch im direkten Kundenkontakt reichert dein Profil an.
  • Vorteilsweise hast du Erfahrung mit e-Banking-Lösungen und verwendest diese beruflich oder zumindest privat.
  • Du hast gute Informatikkenntnisse im Software- und Hardwarebereich.
  • Ein kundenorientiertes Handeln und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sind deine Passionen.
  • Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit und du telefonierst gerne.
  • In Wort und Schrift kommunizierst du gewinnbringend und stilsicher in Deutsch und vorteilshalber sprichst du auch gut Englisch.
