Mit unseren Produkten Tutoris und e-Case unterstützen wir Organisationen in der Schweiz bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Prozesse. Supporter/in Fachapplikation Tutoris (m/w/d) 80% - 100%

Deine Rolle

Für unser Team suchen wir eine kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit für die fachliche Betreuung und den Support rund um unsere Applikation Tutoris. Möchtest Du in die IT einsteigen und Menschen dabei helfen, unsere Applikation erfolgreich im Arbeitsalltag einzusetzen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Verantwortung:

· Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen per E-Mail, Telefon oder Ticketsystem

· Dokumentation von Kundenfragen und Lösungswegen

· Durchführung von Anwender-Schulungen und Wissenstransfer

· Testen neuer Softwareversionen sowie aktives Mitgestalten von Verbesserungen

· Zusammenarbeit mit dem Support- und Entwicklungsteam

Das bringst Du mit:

· Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen, sozialen oder technischen Umfeld

· Interesse an der IT, digitalen Anwendungen und der Arbeit mit der Software - ein Quereinstieg ist ausdrücklich willkommen

· Interesse oder Erfahrung in buchhalterischen Abläufen

· Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365

· Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus

Du passt gut zu uns, wenn Du-

· Freude am Support und an der täglichen Arbeit mit Anwender:innen hast

· dich aktiv einbringst, etwas bewegen und Dich weiterentwickeln möchtest

· komplexe Themen strukturiert angehst und softwareseitige Probleme selbstständig durchdringst

· eine hohe Eigenmotivation mitbringst, Dich tief in die Applikationen und Technologien einzuarbeiten

· Zusammenhänge zwischen Fachprozessen und Software schnell erfassen kannst

· am liebsten innerhalb Deines Teams arbeitest - bei uns ist die Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Sales und Projektleitung tägliche Praxis
