Dein Profil:

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Küche, idealerweise im Bereich Sushi oder asiatische Küche
  • Erfahrung in der Sushi-Zubereitung von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Interesse an der japanischen Küche und Bereitschaft, vom Sushi Master zu lernen
  • Sorgfältige, saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team und in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Flexibilität bezüglich Arbeitszeiten, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Sushi Masters bei der täglichen Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von Sushi und japanischen Spezialitäten
  • Mise en Place für den Sushi-Posten
  • Vorbereitung von Reis, Gemüse, Fisch und weiteren Zutaten
  • Zubereitung von Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi und weiteren Sushi-Gerichten nach Vorgabe
  • Anrichten und Präsentieren der Speisen gemäss unseren Qualitätsstandards
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität und Frische der verwendeten Produkte
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenannahme, Kontrolle und fachgerechten Lagerung der Lebensmittel
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene-, HACCP- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Reinigung und Pflege des Arbeitsplatzes sowie der verwendeten Küchengeräte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sushi Master und dem restlichen Küchenteam
  • Unterstützung bei der Kontrolle der Warenbestände und Vermeidung von Food Waste
