Vous coordonnez les experts à l-échelle du groupe, développez les processus de reporting et créez des bases solides pour l-audit externe, la direction ainsi que les notations ESG.

Votre domaine d-action

  • En tant que responsable du rapport de durabilité, vous êtes chargé de sa création annuelle et de son développement continu, et vous coordonnez à l-échelle du groupe les contributions des fournisseurs de données et d-informations ainsi que les processus d-approbation
  • Vous gérez de manière autonome le processus d-audit externe, trouvez des solutions en dialogue avec les auditeurs externes et favorisez la compréhension interne pour répondre aux exigences.
  • Vous analysez les potentiels d-amélioration annuels et élaborez avec les parties prenantes concernées une feuille de route pour la mise en œuvre future
  • Vous développez de manière ciblée avec les experts les processus de reporting, la qualité des données et des processus ainsi que les outils et solutions d-automatisation utilisés
  • Vous apportez votre expertise lors des demandes de notation ESG et des entretiens avec les investisseurs et en déduisez des potentiels d-amélioration pour BKW
  • Vous dirigez et soutenez des projets de changement en durabilité et mettez en œuvre les améliorations conjointement avec les départements concernés

Ce que vous apportez

  • Votre diplôme universitaire est en gestion d-entreprise, gestion de la durabilité, sciences de l-environnement ou de l-ingénieur ou dans un domaine comparable
  • Vous avez au moins 2-3 ans d-expérience et des connaissances approfondies en gestion de la durabilité et en particulier dans le reporting de durabilité
  • Vous connaissez bien les normes et réglementations pertinentes en matière de durabilité telles que CH-OR et CSRD/ESRS
  • Vous êtes expérimenté dans l-utilisation d-outils de reporting et de gestion des données et savez comment développer efficacement les processus de reporting et de données
  • Vous possédez également de fortes capacités analytiques et de l-expérience dans le travail conceptuel, la gestion de projets et des parties prenantes, le reporting, la planification des mesures et la communication
  • Vous communiquez en allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit au niveau C2, en anglais au moins au niveau B2
