Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Inbetriebnahme von Software und Konfigurationen im Bereich Pro\-AV Systemlösungen (Steuerungen, Audio, Video, Unified Communications)
  • Integration, Inbetriebnahme und Test von AV\-Systemen im Betrieb sowie beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen, Troubleshooting und Optimierungen bestehender Installationen
  • Erstellen von technischen Dokumentationen und Bedienungsanleitungen
  • Kontinuierliche Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit Software\-Engineering, Technik und Projektmanagement
  • Schulung von Mitarbeitenden und Endkunden im Bereich der eingesetzten Systeme
  • Pikettdienst (3rd Level)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Medientechnik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder ähnliches mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrungen als System Engineer oder Techniker im Pro\-AV\-Umfeld (Audio, Video, Netzwerk, Steuersysteme)
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Audio\-, Video\-, Licht\- und Netzwerk\-Technik
  • Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von Steuerungssystemen (z. B. Mediensteuerungen, Touchpanel, DSPs, VPUs)
  • Kenntnisse in AV\-over\-IP, Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS) sowie gängigen Protokollen
  • Erfahrungen mit Produkten der Pro\-AV Hersteller wie z. B. Crestron, Shure, Q\-SYS oder Extron
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Kunden und Projektteams
  • Reisebereitschaft (Projektbezogen, innerhalb der Schweiz)
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
