System Engineer

Deine Aufgaben

* Verantwortlich für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und technische Betreuung von Splunk und Cribl als zentrale Logging\- und Analyseplattformen

* Federführend in der Weiterentwicklung und im stabilen Betrieb unserer Monitoring\- und Observability\-Plattformen mit Zabbix, Grafana und Prometheus

* Aktive Mitgestaltung moderner Kubernetes\- und Container\-Plattformen mit Rancher, Helm, ArgoCD sowie HAProxy und Traefik

* Konzeption, Umsetzung und Pflege von Ansible\-Automatisierungen zur Standardisierung und Effizienzsteigerung im Plattformbetrieb

* Mitverantwortung für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Datenbankplattformen wie PostgreSQL, MariaDB und/oder MySQL

* Definition und Umsetzung technischer Standards sowie Mitarbeit an Security\-, Betriebs\- und Automatisierungsrichtlinien

* Technische Verantwortung in Infrastruktur\- und Plattformprojekten, Changes, Wartungen und Rollouts

* Strukturierte Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen im 3rd Level

* Teilnahme am Pikettdienst im Rotationsprinzip mit dem Team

Deine Fähigkeiten

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT\-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb komplexer Linux\-, Container\- und Plattformumgebungen

* Fundierte Linux\-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute praktische Erfahrung mit Ansible

* Ausgewiesene Expertise in Splunk und/oder Cribl sowie die Fähigkeit, zentrale Logging\- und Analyseplattformen zu betreiben und weiterzuentwickeln

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Monitoring und Observability, insbesondere mit Zabbix, Grafana und/oder Prometheus

* Praxiserfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung von Kubernetes\- und Container\-Plattformen

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Rancher, Helm, ArgoCD sowie HAProxy und/oder Traefik

* Grundkenntnisse in PostgreSQL, MariaDB und/oder MySQL

* Kenntnisse in Python oder Go von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in IT\- und Infrastrukturprojekten, idealerweise mit technischer Teilverantwortung

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und der Anspruch, IT\-Services kontinuierlich zu verbessern

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen

* Sehr gute Deutsch\- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
