System Engineer (m/w/d)80 \- 100 % Deine Aufgaben Du stellst den Betrieb unserer modernen IT\-Infrastruktur und Plattformen sicher und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Bereiche Backup \& Archivierung, Monitoring, Virtualisierung, Server, Storage sowie Microsoft Services. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von plattformnahen Applikationen und wirkst aktiv bei der Umsetzung und dem Betrieb von Security\-Lösungen und Sicherheitsmassnahmen mit. Du stellst die Betriebsstabilität unserer IT\-Plattformen sicher, analysierst Störungen, koordinierst deren Behebung und unterstützt den 2nd\-Level\-Support mit deiner fundierten technischen Expertise. Dabei arbeitest du kontinuierlich an der Optimierung und Automatisierung der Betriebsprozesse. Du planst und begleitest Changes, Upgrades und Lifecycle\-Aktivitäten und stellst eine nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der verantworteten Plattformen sicher. Du siehst sporadische Pikettdienste ebenso als willkommene Abwechslung wie die aktive Mitarbeit in IT\-Projekten. Deine Erfahrung und Persönlichkeit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ oder technische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im IT\-Umfeld. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von IT\-Infrastrukturen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Backup \& Archivierung (idealerweise Commvault), Monitoring (Checkmk), Virtualisierung (VMware) sowie Server\- und Storage\-Infrastrukturen (vorzugsweise HPE und NetApp). Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft\-Umfeld (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID). Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung von IT\-Plattformen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT\-Sicherheit und Betriebsprozesse. Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, verfügst über eine Hands\-on\-Mentalität und arbeitest lösungsorientiert sowie bereichsübergreifend. Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Lernbereitschaft aus, bist offen für neue Technologien und entwickelst dich fachlich kontinuierlich weiter.
