Du stellst den zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer Schweizer Einsatzleitsystem-Lösung für die Notfallkommunikation sicher und sorgst gemeinsam mit einem motivierten Team dafür, dass unsere AVANTI Softwarelösungen rund um die Uhr reibungslos funktionieren. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Entwicklung und Projektleitung zusammen, setzt neue Ideen und Anforderungen um und bewegst dich in einem abwechslungsreichen, technischen Umfeld mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum. Dein Einsatz erfolgt je nach Situation remote oder direkt bei unserer Kundschaft vor Ort.

  • Du arbeitest mit modernen, modularen und technisch anspruchsvollen Systemlandschaften rund um Web-Technologien, Schnittstellen und Infrastruktur.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Architekturen, optimierst Performance und Sicherheit und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Du setzt Infrastrukturlösungen eigenständig um - von der Konzeption bis zur Installation und Konfiguration.
  • Du installierst, betreibst und optimierst unsere Softwarelösungen und entwickelst dabei dein technisches Know-how rund um Systemintegration und moderne IT-Systeme kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Mit wachsender Erfahrung kannst du intern zusätzliche Verantwortung übernehmen und dich fachlich weiterentwickeln.

Deine Skills:

  • Studium in Informatik (ETH/Uni/FH) oder alternativ Informatik EFZ mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Web-Technologien und Softwareentwicklung sowie ein solides Verständnis von Windows Client-/Server-Architekturen und Gruppenrichtlinien
  • Freude an technischen Herausforderungen und komplexen Aufgaben
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Erfahrung im direkten Kontakt mit der Kundschaft
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch); Französisch und Englisch von Vorteil
  • Wohnsitz in der Schweiz
