Arbeitsort: Ostermundigen (Homeoffice möglich, weltweite Dienstreisen 20-30%) Eintritt: Nach Vereinbarung Deine Aufgaben: Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration von Systemen in mobilen und stationären Plattformen im Haus und weltweit beim Kunden (mechanisch, elektrotechnisch und IT-seitig) Begleitung von System- und Abnahmetests weltweit sowie Unterstützung von Kundendemos Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbehebung in komplexen integrierten Hard- und Softwaresystemen Koordination der Lieferanten bei der technischen Umsetzung Erstellung von Systemdokumentation und Pflege von Kundenkonfigurationen Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung technischer Konzepte und in der Angebotsphase Planung, Steuerung und Nachbereitung der übertragenen Aufgabenpakete Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Systemschulungen beim Kunden inklusive Schulungsunterlagen Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre (EFZ) und Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF in Nachrichtentechnik, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, technischer Physik oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundeninstallationen Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen, sowie Erfahrung im Integrationsumfeld Affinität für IT-Systeme und Hands-on-Tätigkeiten Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit Bereitschaft für regelmässige weltweite Dienstreisen (20-30%) Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil Deine Benefits: Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Möglichkeit zu Homeoffice 5 Wochen Urlaub, ab dem 36.
