Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Support der internen Mitarbeitenden
  • Betrieb der Server- und Netzwerk-Infrastruktur inklusive Monitoring, Backup, Patch Management und Dokumentation
  • Bereitstellung und Pflege von Büro- und Homeoffice-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Sitzungszimmern
  • Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur in internen Projekten
  • Umsetzung von Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen zusammen mit den internen Verantwortlichen (ISO 27001)
  • Technische Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer in Kundenprojekten
  • Durchführung geplanter Wartungsarbeiten ausserhalb der Bürozeiten, insbesondere Updates und Systemarbeiten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung (EFZ, HF oder FH) oder gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Betrieb und Ausbau von IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Windows Server und Active Directory
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Linux-Servern, Automatisierung (z. B. Ansible) nicht zwingend aber von Vorteil
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Virtualisierung, Erfahrung mit Proxmox VE von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von Netzwerken und Firewalls
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Storage und Backup, Erfahrung mit NetApp von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse in Monitoring sowie Client- und Server-Deployment
  • Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für den Support
