  • Du bist Teil eines eingespielten DevOps-Teams, das Technik lebt und du übernimmst Verantwortung im 3rd Level Support, dort wo-s spannend wird
  • Kundenberatung auf Augenhöhe: Du erklärst nicht nur, dass etwas geht, sondern auch warum \- verständlich, fundiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Cloud-Transformationen & Migrationen (on-prem, hybrid, cloud): Für dich kein Blindflug, sondern ein strukturiertes Projekt mit sauberem Zielbild
  • Du nutzt Frameworks & Tools für Monitoring, Security & Compliance zur Konfiguration unserer Kollaborationslösungen
  • Abwechslung garantiert: Du arbeitest mit *vielfältigen Kund\innen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen**, inklusive kritischer Infrastrukturen wie zum Beispiel dem Energiesektor oder im Health-Umfeld
  • Gemeinsam mit *IT-Architekt\innen und Product Management** entwickelst du neue Services - technisch fundiert, praxisnah und mit Weitblick

Das bringst du mit: ###

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in komplexen Enterprise-IT-Umgebungen - du kennst den Unterschied zwischen Labor und produktiver Realität
  • Tiefes Know-how rund um Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 und (Azure) Active Directory
  • Bonuslevel (nice to have): ADFS, Enterprise Vault, Mailgateaways (FortiMail / HIN)
  • Migrationen sind dein Handwerk: Powershell, Quest und BitTitan gehören für dich ganz selbstverständlich dazu
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, sauber und qualitätsbewusst und hast ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Deutsch beherrschst du sicher, Englisch nutzt du souverän im Alltag
