Für ein etabliertes, schweizweit tätiges Handels\- und Logistikunternehmen im Raum Bern suchen wir eine erfahrene Person im Bereich System Engineering mit Schwerpunkt im Microsoft\- und Windows\-Umfeld. In dieser Rolle verbindest du Engineering und Betrieb, entwickelst die Systemlandschaft kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für stabile, sichere und leistungsfähige IT\-Services. Dich erwartet ein breites Aufgabengebiet mit viel Eigenverantwortung und direktem Einfluss auf eine geschäftskritische, schweizweit vernetzte IT\-Infrastruktur.

Ihre Herausforderung

In dieser vielseitigen Generalistenrolle konzipierst, implementierst und betreibst du Windows\-basierte Plattformen und entwickelst sie über den gesamten Lifecycle weiter. Gemeinsam mit dem Engineering\-Team stellst du einen stabilen und sicheren Betrieb sicher und übernimmst Verantwortung für Monitoring und Alerting, Incident\- und Problem\-Management, Patch\- und Release\-Management sowie Kapazität, Performance und Verfügbarkeit. Du treibst Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Security\-Härtung voran, analysierst Störungen nachhaltig und setzt dauerhafte Verbesserungen um. In unternehmensweiten Projekten wirkst du als technischer Spezialist oder Lead mit, berätst interne Teams zu Infrastruktur, Architektur, Security und Betriebsmodellen und sorgst mit aktuellen System\-, Architektur\- und Betriebsdokumentationen für Transparenz.

Ihre Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Abgeschlossene Aus\- und Weiterbildung in Informatik (EFZ/HF/FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im System Engineering
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft\- und Windows\-Umfeld, insbesondere Windows Server \& Clients, Microsoft 365, Azure sowie Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung, idealerweise VMware, sowie mit Backup\-/Restore\-Lösungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk\- und Security\-Themen
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Patch\- und Lifecycle\-Management
  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Skripting, insbesondere PowerShell
  • Breites technisches Verständnis und Freude an einer vielseitigen Generalistenrolle
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägter Team\- und Servicegedanke
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
