In dieser spannenden Rolle stellst du den stabilen Betrieb unserer Infrastruktur sicher, leitest technische Teilprojekte und arbeitest aktiv an modernen Lösungen rund um CARI, dem führenden ERP für Strassenverkehrs und Schifffahrtsämter in der Schweiz. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Einführung neuer Technologien und trägst damit direkt zum digitalen Fortschritt der öffentlichen Hand im Mobilitätsbereich bei. Deine Rolle ##

  • Sicherstellen einer stets verfügbaren und reibungslos funktionierenden internen Infrastruktur. 
  • Implementieren von Lösungen und Installationen direkt bei unseren Kunden. 
  • Erarbeiten von Betriebskonzepten für CARI Lösungen sowie Erstellen der technischen Dokumentation. 
  • Leiten von Infrastruktur und technischen Teilprojekten. 
  • Bereitstellen und Weiterentwickeln von Entwicklungsinfrastrukturen (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Atlassian JIRA / Bitbucket / Bamboo, Kanban). 
  • Einbringen von Expertise zur Prävention und effizienten Lösung technischer Probleme. 
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundenservice, den Entwicklungsteams und den Betriebsverantwortlichen unserer Lösungen.

Dein Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre oder höhere Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik. 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in UNIX- und Windows Systemen. 
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ORACLE Datenbanken. 
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, Firewall, VPN, Sicherheit. 
  • Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung sowie Berufserfahrung als System Engineer oder Technical Account Manager. 
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Freude im Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Fliessend in Deutsch; technisches Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil. 
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Dienstreisen an den Standort Morges sowie zu Kundenterminen in der ganzen Schweiz.
