Die Dienststelle Informatik (DIIN) erbringt umfassende IT-Dienstleistungen für die Departemente, Gerichte und Schulen des Kantons Luzern. Neben der Beratung zu Fragestellungen der Informatik in den Bereichen Architektur, Sicherheit, Infrastruktur, Projekte und Applikationen und der Bereitstellung von IT-Services betreibt sie die kantonale Informatikinfrastruktur in zwei modernen Rechenzentren und ist für den Aufbau und den Betrieb des komplexen kantonalen Kommunikationsnetzes besorgt. Deine Aufgaben

  • Lifecycle-Management unserer on-Premises Infrastruktur (Server, Storage & Backup): Vorausschauende Planung, Budgetierung und termingerechte Erneuerung der Systeme
  • Engineering und Betrieb der Backup-Infrastruktur inklusive Sicherstellung der Wiederherstellbarkeit (Restore-Tests)
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Storage-Infrastruktur
  • Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Windows Server Umgebung
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben mit PowerShell
  • Patch-Management der on-Premises Windows Server mit Azure Update Manager
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebsdokumentationen und Standards
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten des Plattform Teams sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Fachstellen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support

Dein Profil

Für diese Funktion suchen wir dich als gewissenhafte, exakt arbeitende Persönlichkeit mit vorausschauender Denkweise. Du planst langfristig, behältst den Lifecycle der dir anvertrauten Systeme stets im Blick und legst Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität. Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kommunizierst klar und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Themen. Zusätzlich bringst du folgendes mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (Lehre mit Weiterbildung, HF/FH oder gleichwertig)
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als ICT System Engineer im Bereich Server, Storage und Backup
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Backup-Technologien und -Konzepten (Datensicherung, Replikation, Restore)
  • Erfahrung im Lifecycle Management von on-Premises Hardware
  • Kenntnisse von Azure Update Manager von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit unseren eingesetzten Technologien von Vorteil: Huawei Storage, IBM Tape Library, Veeam, NetVault, Cisco SAN, VMware, Proxmox VE, Red Hat OpenShift
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Schweizerdeutsch verstehen)
