System Engineer Operations (w/m/d) ================================== \*\*Deine Aufgaben\*\* \* Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team den stabilen Betrieb unserer Datacenter\\-Infrastruktur sicher und betreust dabei insbesondere die Hyper\\-V\\-Plattform sowie angrenzende Infrastrukturservices. \* Du überwachst, betreibst und optimierst Server\\-, Virtualisierungs\\- und Cloud\\-Umgebungen und sorgst für eine hohe Verfügbarkeit der Services. \* Du planst und begleitest Changes, Releases und Lifecycle\\-Massnahmen und unterstützt deren kontrollierte Umsetzung. \* Du analysierst Incidents und Störungen im 2nd\\- und 3rd\\-Level\\-Support und arbeitest aktiv an nachhaltigen Lösungen mit. \* Du unterstützt Infrastruktur\\- und Migrationsprojekte und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Datacenter\\-Plattformen mit. \* Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Engineering\\-Teams und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und koordinierst technische Anforderungen. \* Du führst Installationen, Wartungsarbeiten und technische Einsätze in unseren Datacenter\\-Standorten durch. \* Du arbeitest aktiv beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung zentraler Services innerhalb der OneService Factory (M365 / Azure) mit. \* Du dokumentierst Betriebsprozesse, technische Lösungen und Konzepte und unterstützt die Standardisierung und Automatisierung unserer Plattformen. \* Du unterstützt den Pikettdienst und trägst zu einer hohen Servicequalität und Verfügbarkeit bei. \*\*Dein Profil\*\* \* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung (EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung. \* Du bringst praktische Erfahrung als System Engineer im Bereich Datacenter, Infrastruktur oder Managed Services mit. \* Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Microsoft Hyper\\-V Umgebungen und M365 und Azure. \* Kenntnisse von VMware sowie OpenStack sind von Vorteil. \* Du besitzt Know\\-how im Bereich Windows Server sowie hybrider Infrastruktur\\- und Cloud\\-Lösungen. \* Erfahrungen mit Automatisierungs\\- (Skripting) oder Monitoring\\-Lösungen, Citrix Netscaler sind von Vorteil. \* Du arbeitest strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick. \* Du überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte Service\\- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen. \* Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit. \* Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch sowie gut in Englisch. \*\*Unser Angebot\*\* \* Spannende Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Zugang zur Bechtle\\-Akademie \* 30 Tage Ferien und flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle \* Attraktive Sozialversicherungsleistungen \* Flache Hierarchien \* Mitarbeiterevents Bereit für all das?
