Ihre Aufgabe ##

\-Engineering: Du verantwortest das Engineering in den Bereichen Microsoft Clientinfrastruktur und Digital Workplace für mittelgrosse bis grosse Kunden, um eine optimale IT-Umgebung zu gewährleisten. \-Client Management: Du betreibst und optimierst Client Management Lösungen, einschliesslich Microsoft Intune und Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, und sorgst für deren reibungslosen Ablauf. \-Fehleranalyse und Support: Du analysierst Störungen und Fehlerzustände im 3rd Level Support, leitest geeignete Massnahmen zur Behebung ein und überwachst deren Umsetzung. \-Weiterbildung: Du bildest dich kontinuierlich weiter, um stets auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu bleiben und deine Fähigkeiten auszubauen. \-Innovationen: Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Entwicklung neuer Konzepte, Ideen und Tools, um innovative Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu schaffen.

Ihr Profil ##

\-Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine solide IT-Ausbildung im Bereich Systemtechnik. \-Berufserfahrung: Du bist seit mehreren Jahren als Cloud Engineer tätig, vorzugsweise bei einem IT-Dienstleister oder in einer grösseren IT-Abteilung eines Unternehmens. \-Client Management Expertise: Du besitzt umfassende Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Client Management Lösungen wie Microsoft Intune und Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. \-Technische Fähigkeiten: Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Client Betriebssysteme, insbesondere Windows 11, sowie in der Verwaltung von GPOs und Active Directory. \-Zusätzliche Kenntnisse: Erfahrungen im Bereich Paketierung mit SCCM sind ein Plus. \-Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und verfügst über gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, was dir die Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld erleichtert.
