HOSTSTAR – Multimedia Networks AG, ein innovativer und erfolgreicher Internet\-Service\-Provider, mit Sitz in Fraubrunnen BE beschäftigt heute rund 30 Mitarbeitende.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Administration von Windows, Linux und BSD\-Systemen sowie der darauf betriebenen Dienste; inklusive Webserver (Apache, Litespeed, IIS), Mail, DNS und Datenbankservern (MySQL, MSSQL)

* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer virtualisierten Umgebungen mit Schwerpunkt Proxmox (sowie VMware)

* Management des gesamten Netzwerks inklusive L2\-Networking, VLANs, Bonding\-Konfigurationen sowie Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancern und Routern der Hersteller Juniper, Cisco und Arista

* Verwaltung und Optimierung unserer Storage\-Lösungen (Ceph, ZFS, NFS, SMB) mit konsequentem Fokus auf Hochverfügbarkeit

* Sicherstellung der IT\-Sicherheit sowie proaktives Firewall\-Management (pfSense, OPNsense, FortiGate)

* Betreuung und Implementierung von Änderungen in unserer Microsoft\-365\-Umgebung (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)

* Automatisierung wiederkehrender administrativer Tasks mittels Skripting (Bash, , PowerShell)

* Proaktiver 2nd\-/3rd\-Level\-Support, tiefgehende Fehleranalyse sowie kontinuierliche Performance\-Optimierung der gesamten Infrastruktur

* Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst

Unsere gewünschten Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerk\-Technologien (Junos OS, Cisco IOS)

* Sehr gute Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows\- und Linux\-Servern

* Tiefgehendes Wissen im Bereich Storage\-Technologien (Ceph, ZFS, High\-Availability\-Umgebungen)

* Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungsplattformen (VMware, Proxmox) sowie Hosting\-Technologien (DNS, Mailserver, Load Balancer)

* Vertrautheit mit Firewall\- und Security\-Lösungen (pfSense, OPNsense, Fortinet FortiGate)

* Führerausweis Kat. B und eigenes Fahrzeug von Vorteil
