Zur Verstärkung unseres Betriebsteams im Bereich Netzwerke, Applikationen und Hardware für die Alarmübertragung suchen wir dich als

Systemtechniker 80 \- 100 % (m/w/d) ===================================

Was du bewirkst ---------------

* Du leistest für unsere Servicetechniker telefonischen Support bei Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen und Reparaturen.

* Du analysierst und behebst Störungen an Alarmübermittlungsgeräten, Leitstellen und der Alarmübermittlungsplattform.

* Du bist die Ansprechperson für interne und externe Partner sowie Lieferanten.

* Du führst selbstständig Tests an Alarmübermittlungsgeräten durch.

* Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Tests an der gesamten Alarmübermittlungs\-Infrastruktur.

* Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen und Handbücher.

* Du führst Schulungen durch, arbeitest aktiv in Projekten mit und bringst dein Fachwissen ein.

Was du mitbringst -----------------

* Mit deiner Grundausbildung in der Informatik\- oder Elektrobranche bringst du die ideale Basis mit.

* Eine Weiterbildung als Techniker HF in Telematik, Informatik oder Kommunikationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil.

* Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kommunikationsnetzwerke und in den Bereichen Service, Reparatur, Inbetriebnahme und technischem Support.

* Deine Muttersprache ist Deutsch oder Französisch mit jeweils sehr guten Kenntnissen in der anderen Sprache.
