Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Betreuung von Kunden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft 365, Windows, Citrix und Netzwerkumgebungen
  • Analyse, Priorisierung und nachhaltige Bearbeitung von Incidents sowie Service Requests
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Stabilisierung von Cloud-, Workplace- und IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten sowie schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung in Bereichen wie Migrationen, Rollouts oder Cloud-Transformationen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Software- und Hardwarepartnern
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Support-Prozessen und Wissensdatenbanken
  • Unterstützung bei der Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Beratung von Kunden zu technischen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support (1st/2nd Level) in einem professionellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere in den Bereichen Azure, Windows Client/Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange und Teams
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse im Citrix-Umfeld
  • Grundverständnis von Netzwerken, IT-Sicherheit und modernen IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie der Anspruch, nachhaltige und qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen zu erarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
