Wir suchen nicht für eine einzige Stelle, sondern für deine Zukunft.Was dich erwartet (Mögliche Aufgaben)Je nach Einsatzgebiet und Qualifikation übernimmst du Verantwortung in folgenden Bereichen:

  • Kreditoren- & Debitorenbuchhaltung: Abwicklung des täglichen Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesen.
  • Finanzbuchhaltung: Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle und Kontenabstimmung.
  • Abschlusssicherheit: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (nach HGB oder IFRS).
  • Reisekosten & Spesen: Prüfung und Abrechnung interner Belege.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling oder der Steuerberatung.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter / Bilanzbuchhalter.
  • Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen.
  • IT-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) sowie Kenntnisse in gängigen ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics oder Navision).
  • Persönlichkeit: Du arbeitest präzise, zuverlässig und hast eine hohe Zahlenaffinität. Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.
