Als Team Lead Frontline Academy führst du ein Team, das für ein wirkungsvolles Onboarding, praxisnahe Trainings und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Frontline Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich ist. Gemeinsam gestaltet ihr moderne Learning Formate und stellt sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden mit den richtigen Fähigkeiten, dem notwendigen Wissen und der nötigen Sicherheit ausgestattet sind, um erfolgreich in ihrer Rolle zu starten und sich nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln. DEINE CHALLENGE: Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von 14 Mitarbeitenden sowie Förderung einer modernen und kontinuierlichen Lernkultur Verantwortung für die Konzeption und Umsetzung von Onboarding-, Trainings- und Upskilling-Programmen für unsere Frontline Mitarbeitenden Identifikation von Kompetenz- und Entwicklungsbedarfen sowie Ableitung gezielter Lern- und Trainingsmassnahmen Entwicklung praxisnaher und innovativer Lernformate zur Stärkung von Fachwissen, Beratungskompetenz, Kundenorientierung und Performance Sicherstellung einer konsistenten und hohen Trainingsqualität über verschiedene Kanäle und Frontline Bereiche hinweg Weiterentwicklung von Trainingsmethoden, digitalen Learning-Formaten und AI-gestützten Lernlösungen zur Skalierung und Personalisierung von Training Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Frontline Enablement und weiteren Stakeholdern, um Business-Anforderungen in wirksame Lern- und Entwicklungslösungen zu übersetzen DEINE SKILLS: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Training, Learning & Development oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld sowie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Leadership Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einem dynamischen, leistungsorientierten Umfeld, idealerweise mit Verantwortung für Trainer-, Learning- oder Enablement-Teams Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und Stakeholdern Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Menschen und die Gestaltung moderner, praxisnaher Lern- und Trainingsformate Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Onboarding-, Trainings- und Upskilling-Programmen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für unterschiedliche Lernbedürfnisse Affinität zu digitalen Lernlösungen, AI und modernen Learning-Methoden sowie sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Microsoft Office und idealerweise Learning-Management-Systeme Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift: Deutsch und Englisch zwingend (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil) Bei Sunrise arbeitest du in einem dynamischen und multinationalen Umfeld, in dem jede Stimme gehört, Perspektiven geteilt und Werte gelebt werden.
