About Our Client ##

Je recrute pour un groupe international reconnu basé dans le canton de Fribourg un(e) Team Leader Accounting à 100% en CDI. Cette opportunité s'adresse à un profil comptable senior souhaitant évoluer vers davantage de responsabilités de leadership ou à une personne disposant déjà d'une première expérience d'encadrement. Une expérience formelle de management n'est pas indispensable si vous avez démontré votre capacité à coordonner, accompagner, former ou coacher des collaborateurs. Au-delà des compétences techniques, nous recherchons une personnalité fédératrice, accessible et orientée équipe, capable de créer une dynamique positive tout en conservant un haut niveau d'exigence.

Job Description ##

Management et accompagnement d'équipe

  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe de comptables généralistes
  • Organiser les priorités et coordonner les activités afin de garantir le respect des délais
  • Apporter un support technique sur les problématiques comptables complexes
  • Participer à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs à travers le coaching et le partage de connaissances
  • Favoriser une dynamique d'équipe positive et collaborative

Comptabilité et clôtures

  • Superviser les activités comptables de plusieurs entités sous votre responsabilité
  • Participer activement aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
  • Préparer et valider certaines écritures comptables complexes
  • Analyser les résultats et contribuer au reporting financier
  • Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des données financières produites

Business Partnering et projets

  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des différentes parties prenantes internes sur les sujets de comptabilité générale
  • Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation des processus
  • Contribuer au renforcement du contrôle interne et au respect des règles comptables du groupe
  • Collaborer régulièrement avec des interlocuteurs variés dans un environnement international

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience avérée en comptabilité générale
  • Expérience acquise au sein d'un groupe international, d'un environnement industriel ou d'un cabinet avec exposition à des clients complexes
  • Solides connaissances des normes comptables suisses et idéalement IFRS
  • Niveau professionnel en anglais B2
  • Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et d'un ERP (SAP un atout)
