Pour l’un de nos prestigieux client genevois nous recherchons un Team Leader Infrastructure Plateforme MES.

Mission principale

Gérer l’organisation de l’équipe d’administrateurs de l’infrastructure liée aux solutions du MES (Manufacturing Execution System), notre système informatique utilisé dans l'industrie pour suivre, contrôler et optimiser la production en temps réel et garantir la disponibilité des systèmes sous gestion.

Le contexte principal du poste est de permettre de maintenir la qualité de nos produits via notre outil de production industriel qui gère nos différents sites.

Vos responsabilités

  • Coordination avec l’équipe de développement de la plateforme
  • Administration et supervision des ressources techniques
  • Optimiser la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurisation des systèmes
  • Pilotage des évolutions et des déploiements
  • Gestion des incidents complexes de Niveau 3
  • Gérer le cycle de vie de la plateforme
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement des services de pilotage de la production industrielle et des équipements en atelier
  • Garantir les livrables techniques en accord avec les délais projets
  • Participer au service de piquet des managers et support avancé

Team Leader Infrastructure Plateforme MES

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en informatique (Ingénieur HES…)
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, avec idéalement une expérience d'encadrement ou de leadership d'une équipe de 5 personnes (management direct ou rôle de référent·e / lead)
  • Expérience opérationnelle sur les infrastructures systèmes (Cluster MS, SQL Server AlwaysOn, LoadBalancer, Kubernetes…)
  • Culture DevOps et Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Compétences avancées de troubleshooting, maitrise des outils de supervision et tableaux de bord
  • Sensibilisé à la sécurité de l'information
  • Fort leadership et très bonne capacité d’écoute
  • Orientation client, sens du service et aisance relationnelle
  • Force de proposition, fortement autonome, orienté qualité et solide esprit d'équipe
