Job Description ##

  • Superviser l'ensemble des opérations logistiques : réception, stockage, préparation de commandes, expédition et gestion des flux e-commerce.
  • Garantir le traitement et l'expédition des commandes dans les délais impartis tout en veillant à l'optimisation des coûts.
  • Déployer des initiatives d'amélioration continue afin d'optimiser les processus, les systèmes et l'organisation des entrepôts.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes métiers pour développer et améliorer les solutions logistiques B2B et e-commerce.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe opérationnelle en favorisant une culture de performance et de responsabilité.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives pour améliorer la satisfaction client et l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Participer à des projets logistiques et conduire des initiatives de réingénierie des processus.
  • Contribuer à la formation et au développement des collaborateurs, y compris des apprentis.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres responsables d'équipe afin d'améliorer la productivité globale du site.

The Successful Applicant ##

Vous correspondez au profil suivant:

* * Formation supérieure en Supply Chain, Logistique ou domaine équivalent. * Expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans dans la gestion d'entrepôts, centres de distribution ou opérations logistiques complexes en Suisse. * Bonne maîtrise des systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt (WMS) et des environnements SAP. * Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe. * Solides compétences en optimisation de processus et organisation des flux logistiques. * Anglais B2, maîtrise du français ou allemand courant. * Fortes capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes. * Orientation client, résistance au stress et excellentes compétences relationnelles. * Esprit entrepreneurial et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement transversal et en constante évolution.
