Certifiée ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 9100 et IATF 16949, elle compte plus de 500 collaborateurs et est active dans les domaines industriels, aéronautiques, automobiles, médicaux et informatiques.

PRECI-DIP SA développe et construit ses propres moyens de production (machines de décolletage, reprise, assemblage et marquage).

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons pour notre département Reprise, un :

Votre mission

Au cœur de notre département Reprise, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'animation de l'équipe et la performance de l'atelier. Vous encadrez une équipe d'environ 15 collaborateurs et contribuez activement au bon fonctionnement du département à travers les missions suivantes :

· Animer et développer : encadrer l'équipe au quotidien, assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de performance et déployer les améliorations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'atelier.

· Garantir l'excellence technique : optimiser les équipements, prévenir les dysfonctionnements, maintenir les performances des machines et veiller à la bonne organisation de l'atelier.

· Maîtriser le terrain : anticiper et résoudre les aléas opérationnels avec agilité.

· Développer les compétences : accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs, soutenir techniquement les équipes et contribuer à la transmission des savoir-faire.

Votre profil

Titulaire d'un CFC de polymécanicien complété par la formation de Technicien ES, ou titre jugé équivalent, vous possédez de solides connaissances sur machines conventionnelles. Vous disposez également d'une expérience significative en management d'équipe. Reconnu pour votre leadership et votre pédagogie, vous savez accompagner et faire grandir vos collaborateurs. Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et de réactivité, et vous êtes à l'aise dans l'analyse de situations ainsi que dans la prise de décision. Votre sens de l'amélioration continue et votre capacité à proposer des solutions concrètes seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste.
